The Student Organized Consent Conference in Seattle is committed to empowering our community to combat stigma, cultivate conversation, and construct change.
This conference is for students from all schools: private schools, public schools, religious schools, and secular schools. Students of all genders and experiences are invited to participate.
Students must currently be in grades 8–12.
All students must attend with an adult chaperone from their school.Saturday, March 7, 2026
The conference is entirely in-person and will take place at UPrep (8000 25th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115).In addition to keynotes, we will be offering three one-hour workshops during the day. The conference includes lunch and will conclude with a keynote speaker.
We will discuss communication, healthy relationships, boundaries, and consent. Please note: We will be discussing sexual violence.
It is our goal to make this conference accessible to all. Registration is per school group on a sliding scale. Please pay what your school can fairly afford and include participants of different financial realities. If you are a staff member at a school or a parent/guardian and attending the conference on your own, you can register at a pro-rated fee.
If you are a student at UPrep, the cost of your attendance is covered by the school.We have reserved a block of rooms at the Silver Cloud Hotel University District (a seven-minute drive from UPrep). We recognize that any and everyone could identify as a survivor and we will be flexible to meet those changing needs throughout the conference. Our goal is to provide trauma-informed content with your informed consent so that everyone can feel as safe and comfortable in this space as possible.
No. Whether you are already well-versed in the topic or new to the conversation, we welcome your presence.
There is no commitment beyond attending the conference. However, we would like to support any next steps that are generated during the conference.
